Volunteers
This event runs on volunteer power. We cannot run this without parent helpers. We ask that at least one parent per family be willing to help with events.
You can sign up to volunteer once the meet sign-up is live by clicking on the Volunteer button on the Family page.

Race Events
Time races with provided stopwatch and report results to Event Place Tabulator at the end of each race.
Assist the Event Place Tabulator at the finish line to determine top 4 winners of each heat.
Fire the starting gun at the beginning of each race (Experience preferred).
Assist Race Line up Stager in placing participants in lanes for each heat.
Field Events
Work with a team to demonstrate/explain how to long jump. Measure and record jumps and rake the sand pit.
Work with a team to demonstrate/explain how to high jump. Measure and record high jump results.
Work with a team to measure and record softball throw distances.
Work with a team to demonstrate/explain how to put the shot. Measure and record shot put distances.
Work with a team to demonstrate/explain the obstacle course. Time participants through the obstacle course with provided stopwatch and record results.
Work with a team to lead PreK groups through their field events: Bean Bag Toss, Tennis Ball Throw, and Obstacle Course. (These events are designed for fun and participation. Results will be measured and announced, but not recorded.)
Shepherds
Work with a team to help the participants in the age group to have a fun and successful day! Lead stretches at the start of the day. Shepherd the participants to their events in a timely manner. Mark which kids want to be added or scratched at each event. Assist Event Leaders as needed.
Administration/Tabulation
Prepare ribbons for participants by labeling ribbons, hand writing results, and organizing ribbons for presentations.
Using provided laptop in the crow’s nest, enter event results onto the website.
