Unfortunately, we are not able to have a rain date. In the event of rain or cool weather, the track meet will continue. Check the website for any last minute updates.
No, your child can pick and choose what events are best for them. The registration fee is the same regardless of the number of events.
Yes. Just have him/her let his/her group shepherd know.
Only students that are homeschooled will be allowed to participate.
Not without a formal NSAA waiver.
At no time during the high school sport season can a student who is a member of the school squad in that sport compete in non-school organized competition in any skill of the sport. [section 3.5]
Students who are between the ages of 3 and 19 are eligible to participate.
Turf cleats, such as those worn in football, baseball, or soccer are prohibited. We are guests at this track and do not want to damage the field.
Running spikes less than 3/16 of an inch are permitted for races and field events taking place on the track surfaces (also high jump and long jump).
Yes, younger siblings are welcome to attend, however, you are responsible for them. Please keep a close eye on young children as there is a lot going on throughout the day.
No experience is required. All students are encouraged to try any event.
The event sign-ups are based on the child's age on the day of the meet.
PreK field events are measured but not recorded. All other events will be recorded.
Many families bring a canopy or tent for their home base for the day. It can be set up on the outside of the track.
  1. Click “Create Account” and enter your preferred login information. Select the checkbox if you have never participated in the Homeschool Track Meet. Click “Register” button to continue.
  2. Click “Input Family Info” and complete your family registration by entering your Family Information, Parents/Volunteers, and Children/Participants. Click “Next” at the completion of each section. If you have graduates, grandparents, or children enrolled in a high school who would like to help, enter them under Parents/Volunteers!
    After clicking “Finish and Save Family” you will be redirected to the Home Page.
  3. Now click “Register for 2026 Meet” button.
  4. Our track meet is run on volunteer power! A minimum of one person per family is required to help, but more help is always welcome. Before you can sign your children up for their events, you get to choose your volunteer role for track meet day. Most roles require no previous experience! You will be provided with all the instructions and equipment you need prior to the event. Once a role is selected, “Save” and scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Next.”
  5. Time to pick the events your child will participate in! Click “Register” next to your child’s name and select events. We recommend signing them up for everything. Changes can be made on the day of the meet. Once all your children are registered for their events, click “Save.” When all participants have events selected, click “Next.”
  6. Your last step is paying for your registration. Choose your payment method and follow the prompts to complete your payment. (Cost is $10.00 per child, max of $40 per family.)
